Chennai Den FC (CDAC) aims to develop the grassroot football by providing top quality training under UEFA certified coach.
Players from under 6 to under 23 can join the Academy/ Club and will train with their respective batches (Development/Elite)
(Sports Conditioning)
We at CDAC, the purpose of sports conditioning is to complement current sports training. Sports conditioning is more demanding than general fitness training. Sports conditioning is ideal for individuals who strive for greater performance in any sporting activity which demands a conditioned athletic physique to play at their best in their respective sport!
We offer Football coaching for different age groups from under 6 to under 23 and elite batches
We offer Sports Conditioning for men and women who are looking for athletic and calisthenic physique
We also offer online Sports Conditioning for fitness and Football from beginners to pro
